- Payment Information: Payment-related information, if and when users engage with optional in-app transactions or reward redemption features, processed securely by third-party providers.
- Verification Information: Verification information, if applicable, such as documents voluntarily submitted for profile verification.
- Communications: Messages sent through in-app chat, reviews, ratings, and other user-generated content
- Support Requests: Information you provide when contacting customer support
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Service, we automatically collect:- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and app version

- Location Information: With your permission, we may collect approximate and/or precise location data. Precise GPS coordinates are collected only when you actively enable location sharing with a matched travel partner. We do not continuously track your location or use location data for advertising

- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze app performance
1.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:- Third-Party Services: If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those services as permitted by your settings with those providers.
- Payment Processors: Transaction confirmation and fraud prevention information
- Verification Services: Identity verification results from third-party providers

We use your information to:- Provide and Improve the Service: Create and manage your account, enable travel matching, facilitate connections between travelers, process payments and gift card rewards, and improve app features and user experience

- Communications: Send service updates, notifications, match alerts, travel reminders, and respond to support inquiries

When you use Travel Tango, certain profile information (name, profile photo, bio, travel plans, and verification status) is visible to other users you match with or communicate with. Your reviews and ratings may also be visible to other users.3.2 With Service Providers

- Payment processors and gift card fulfillment partners

Reviews and ratings you post may be visible to other users. You are responsible for the content you share.4.3 Reporting and Moderation
Travel Tango provides Block and Report tools to help maintain a safe community. You can:- Block Users: Prevent specific users from contacting you or viewing your profile
- Report Content: Report inappropriate messages, reviews, profiles, or behavior

- Selecting “Delete Account”

You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by adjusting your notification preferences in the app.7.5 Location Permissions

Travel Tango may request access to your location to enhance your experience, specifically for:- Matching you with travelers based on your travel plans and destinations you voluntarily enter
- Helping you find assistance or offer help to nearby travelers during your journey
- Track your location continuously or in the background
- Use location data for advertising or third-party marketing
- Share precise location data with other users without your explicit action (such as sharing your trip details)
9. Payments and Gift Card Rewards
Travel Tango facilitates secure in-app payments and may offer digital gift card rewards as a form of non-cash payout.9.1 Payment Processing
Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card or bank account information. Payment information is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.9.2 Gift Card Rewards
Users may be eligible to receive digital gift cards issued by third-party reward providers as a form of non-cash payout. Gift cards are:- Optional and subject to availability
- Payments received for travel assistance are credited to your in-app wallet. Users may redeem wallet balances as digital gift cards through our third-party gift card provider (TangoCard). Gift cards are the only available withdrawal method – direct bank transfers or cash withdrawals are not supported.
- Not redeemable for direct cash withdrawals
- Subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer
10. Children’s Privacy
Travel Tango is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support.traveltango@z2ventures.ai, and we will take steps to delete such information. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.11. International Data Transfers
Travel Tango operates from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.12. Third-Party Links and Services
