5. Free and Paid Assistance Plans

Users may:

• Offer or request free assistance

• Offer or request paid assistance (for verified users)

Travel Tango:

• Facilitates the connection

• Holds payments securely

• Releases funds only after completion

• May charge service/processing fees

6. Verification

To access paid services:

• Users must complete credit card/bank verification

• Verification is handled by certified third-party providers

We do not store sensitive payment information.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the platform

• Provide false travel or identity information

• Harass or harm other users

• Engage in illegal activities

• Request or offer prohibited services

• Use Travel Tango for commercial transport or travel agency services

8. Safety & Liability

Travel Tango provides:

• A matching platform

• Basic safety tools

• Emergency contact alerts

However, we are not responsible for:

• Misconduct by users

• Actions taken during real-world interactions

• Travel issues, delays, or cancellations

• Loss of baggage or personal items

• Any disputes between users

Users must exercise caution and judgment when meeting or assisting others.

9. Payments & Refunds

• All paid services require verification

• Payments are held securely until assistance is completed

• Refunds may be issued if assistance is not provided

• Travel Tango may charge platform fees

Final decisions on refunds are made by Travel Tango support.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud or suspicious activity

• Policy violations

• Abuse or harassment

• False information

• Illegal actions

Users may also delete their account anytime.

11. Intellectual Property

All content in the app and website:

• Logos

• Text

• Designs

• Code

• Branding
  are owned by Travel Tango / Z2 Ventures LLC. 

Users cannot copy or use our content without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Travel Tango is not liable for damages, losses, or misconduct

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

• We are not responsible for user interactions outside the app

You use the platform at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Texas, USA.
